We selected Lolit to sell our mother's house. She was very professional and displayed a very good knowledge of the Petrie market. Lolit also stated that she had a buyer, so we entered into a very short contract with no advertising budget. We set the price based on several market reviews but at a small premium. We needed no open house inspections just 2 private inspections and the house was sold.
