Lolit is a human dynamo! We sought 3 appraisals for the sale of our house and she stood apart for her superior local knowledge, researched background for similar sales and structured fee proposal which was very competitive. Ultimately, we got a sale contract on the day of the first open house, for a higher price than the minimum asked for. From there Lolit did not relax, and followed up, keeping us informed on negotiation of terms, buyers inspections, valuation, recommending solicitors etc etc. Often out of hours.
