There were several minor issues that had to be taken care of in buying this very well built property and due to constraints from our situation we were not able to handle those matters properly. Lolit proactively helped us go through them and the transaction went smoothly. So we had more communication than usual with her as real estate agent. Then we found she was constantly taking care of other people in need including her family members and relatives outside the real estate business which was already quite demanding. We personally found that she was of a quite respectable character.
