We were extremely impressed with the service that we received during our recent property sale. Lolit proactively knocked on our door and from that moment delivered on every one of our expectations. We found Lolit took the time to listen to all our requirements and to explain the different selling options available to us. We chose Lolit as our agent and had our property photographed, advertised and our first open home scheduled within days. The end result was that our home was sold in the first week for an amount above our asking price. Thank you Lolit!

There were several minor issues that had to be taken care of in buying this very well built property and due to constraints from our situation we were not able to handle those matters properly. Lolit proactively helped us go through them and the transaction went smoothly. So we had more communication than usual with her as real estate agent. Then we found she was constantly taking care of other people in need including her family members and relatives outside the real estate business which was already quite demanding. We personally found that she was of a quite respectable character.

Lolit was very good at her job, was happy to help at anytime through out the purchase. Lolit negotiated to the benefit of both seller and purchaser and enabled a positive outcome.

Great to have an interested and knowledgeable agent.

Lolit introduced herself after she sold my neighbour's property. It was a time when I was unsure how or if I would move forward with the sale of my own property. Lolit had a friendly and relaxed conversation with me about setting some realistic goals before I decided to go ahead. She reassured me every step of the way and stayed within my budget. Not to mention that I never needed to take my property live on realestate.com. This is a testament to her hard work and industry experience. I have no hesitations in recommending Lolit to others. Thanks Lolit!

We originally bought our property through Lolit in 2011 and it was such a great experience, so when it came time to sell in 2017, there was no question about who would be best to handle the sale. Lolit was very communicative and highly motivated to get the best deal for us. In total, our property was on the market for 5 days and we had offers within 2; the other 3 days were negotiation! Lolit took care of all the particulars and helped to educate us new-sellers. Being interstate sellers, we relied upon her heavily to navigate us through the trials of the sale. We're glad we had her as an agent and should we purchase in Brisbane again, there's no doubt who we will choose to assist us again!

Very good communication skill and know the market well.

Out of the 3 agents interviewed lolit was by far the best prepared and most informative. She listened to my needs for the sale and then suggested a strategy that we apply. It was great the first open house, 2 days after on the market, it was sold for a great price. Very professional in all follow up advice and I did not attend the house again while waiting for contract closure she did everything required. I would certainly recommend Lolit to anyone

From day one, Lolit communicated very well throughout all the stages of the purchase, whether it was questions I had about the property, purchase, the negotiation and settlement stages. Lolit is very professional and also helped facilitate to see the property post settlement and helped transition my property into their property management division to ensure a smooth transition and management. I look forward to working again with you Lolit!

Lolit made buying out first home a dream. Working with her was easy from start to finish.

Lolit provided a market review before sale and communicated with clients and tenants in a courteous manner. She provided constant updates on sale negotiations and is a true professional in her actions.

Lolit sells with her heart. She connects with you and let you feel you're a part of the selling. She is not pushy and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend her.
