Loma and the team always had it rented, only changing tenants 3 times with no gaps in between. Have dealt with many real estate agents in the past, Loma has very poor communication skills, unprofessional and LIES. My advice would be to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
As a buyer I unfortunately had no choice over who I dealt with. We met some lovely and extremely helpful agents along our travels who went out of their way to show us houses and match us up to what we where looking for. Unfortunately the one we wanted just happen to be with Loma. She was rude, insulting towards us and our family as well has having poor correspondence. She had no idea what our names where and insulted our intelligence from the start. We spent lots of our time chasing her up and just when you think it's all over we had missing keys. It took 2 weeks of literally back and forth to receive these keys. If you want your house sold, perhaps look for a different agent. She was just lucky the house was exactly what we wanted. However, she might be the reason why the house was on the market for so long.
