Loma Eldridge moved to Perth from Darwin in 2003 and settled in Butler as one of its first 30 residents. From knowing no-one, she has built a solid real estate business based primarily on referrals and in turn, repeat business. With 28 years of running home based businesses behind her, her move to real estate was a natural progression given her phenomenal success with the 3 businesses she had run over the previous 3 decades. Since 2004 Loma has personally sold over 518 properties in the Northern Suburbs. As a result of Loma’s outstanding success, she has taken the next step and launched Lomax Coastal Realty, located in the Northern Suburbs. A seriously hard and caring worker, Loma's clients have described her as their "Kirsty" from the BBC show Location Location, always going that extra distance to achieve the best results possible. A long journey well worth while

We have been with Loma for over 10 years as our real estate agent. Our property was located just south of Yanchep. Loma and the team always had it rented, only changing tenants 3 times with no gaps in between. When decided to sell Loma achieved a price higher than our listing price and spot on what we were hoping to get for the property. I highly recommend Loma Real Estate for sales and property management. The team know the area really well and my interactions were always responsive and positive.

Excellent Experience

Incompetent realtor

Have dealt with many real estate agents in the past, Loma has very poor communication skills, unprofessional and LIES. My advice would be to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
