Our investment property , which we had staged for selling, was only on the market a week before Long procured a contract. Unfortunately the potential buyers broke the contract at settlement and we were in the predicment of having to start the process again with a completely emtpy house. However Long, on the next day!, had found two new buyers and soon gave us two signed contracts , where we were able to renegotiate a better price. This time it all went though without a hitch. His service is extraordinary

Stuffed up original contract. Was subject to finance building and pest. Which included sale of my house going through. Didnt put on contract. Seller refused to included. To many problems with sellers left house in a mess. Terrible experience no communication skills.
