Our investment property , which we had staged for selling, was only on the market a week before Long procured a contract. Stuffed up original contract. Was subject to finance building and pest. Which included sale of my house going through. Didnt put on contract. Seller refused to included. To many problems with sellers left house in a mess. Terrible experience no communication skills.
