Lorinda was engaged to sell my unite recently and did an excellent job. She was on the job from the outset, keeping me informed and always available immediately if I had a query or concern. I had feedback regularly as to interest in the property and clear idea of where things were. Lorinda was professional, reliable and very helpful well throughout to the final settlement process. I would engage her services again without hesitation.
Lorinda was great to work with on the sale of my apartment, making the process straightforward and stress free, with a clear strategy and communication plan.
I did not even contemplate letting anyone else handle the recent private sale of my apartment because I know Lorinda has a wealth of local knowledge in the Milsons Point/Kirribilli area (she knows the history of every building) and she is absolutely committed to achieving the best possible result for her client, whether you are a seller or buyer. Plus, she is an incredibly lovely person.
Selling our much loved apartment was a little daunting for us, but Lorinda was there all the way. Nothing was to much for her. Lorinda's expertise, high integrity and useful advice and knowledge helped us along. After the sale she kept us in the loop of any developments in the finalisation of this sale. Nothing but praise in the way she handled the sale of the property and the final result was beyond expectation. 10/10 Lorinda! Thank you.
We cannot speak more highly of Lorinda. At every stage she was professional, forthcoming with information and clear on aspects of the property. She was open and honest about the property details and at no stage did we feel out of the loop on the progress of the transaction (which is the most stressful period of property purchase) due to her strong communication skills.
Lorinda has an ability to make you real comfortable in a stressful situation whilst remaining professional at all times.
Lorinda is an exceptional and professional agent who worked tirelessly and with great tact and empathy towards both myself and the buyer to create a positive experience for us both. Highly recommend her services
Lorinda is highly professional, upfront & open, the whole transaction was very easy & seamless. I was very happy with the customer experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Lorinda to colleagues and friends.

Lorinda was supportive and positive from the beginning of our last minute decision to sell our property. Her knowledge of the market and professional approach influenced our decision to put our full trust in her ability to achieve our desired result. Lorinda gave us feedback and updates after every inspection and on the day of contract exchange was ever so quietly moving things along in the background! I would highly recommend Lorinda to assist with the purchase or sale of your property.
Very professional and straightforward to deal with. Got to know us quickly and acknowledged our interest but was not pushy. Nice balance.
On behalf of my partner and I we would like to say a huge thank you to your team and superstar agent Lorinda. Lorinda was absolutely unbelievable in helping us secure our new apartment and we couldn't praise her enough. Consistently, Lorinda would provide unbeatable service. She was humble in her every way, and always was willing to put our needs first or in favour! I couldn't recommend Lorinda more to our friends or any young professionals looking to secure their first property together. We were overwhelmed with our experience and extremely satisfied with the service provided by Lorinda.
