Lorinda helped my wife and I buy a unit in Kirribilli. Through some very difficult times in the sale process Lorinda showed incredible skills in dealing with me, as the purchaser, the vendor and a hostile Company title Board of Directors. Lorinda handled herself and the situation for me in an extremely professional manner. I would have no hesitation recommending her for a property transaction in the future.
I contacted Lorinda Mansfield after a number of other strong sales she made around Kirribilli. Her knowledge of the area, her recent sales prices, and familiarity of buyer behaviour in Kirribilli encouraged me to appoint her as my selling agent. This decision turned out to be invaluable, as her experience with my type of property, and outstanding communication, assisted us all the way through our selling campaign.
I found Lorinda to be an excellent agent for our recent changes. She and her agency quickly understood the need to assist us in our search for immediately finding alternative accomodation for our tennants in area, providing us with a number of viable options. As well as assisting with our tennants Lorinda was professional and reliable in organizing and coordinating a handy man service, stylist, providing excellent marketing strategy, along with the patience and positivity to explain and reassure. During the rapid selling campaign, Lorinda was extremely, energetic, reliable and openly communicative.both with myself and prospective buyers. I cannot speak highly enough of her skill, temperament and commitment to the selling process and would highly recommend her to others.
Lorinda has a passionate and genuine drive to achieve the best results for the vendor. She is a top class agent who drives right down to the fine detail. I am grateful for the holistic, professional, positive and always intuitive energy Lorinda exudes, in our constantly changing marketplace and world. I do, I do, I do - highly recommend Lorinda. Lorinda is an energetic go-getter with extensive knowledge of the market. She is not afraid to pitch in and get her hands dirty. It was a breeze working with her and I would engage her again without hesitation.
Lorinda was recommended to us before and she, previously looked after the sale of my husband, Robert's Kirribilli apartment. She handled this sale just as brilliantly. Her guidance was market-savvy and her counsel along the way, was wise and thoughtful. Lorinda was highly professional and efficient in her responses to all our queries. This was the smoothest sale we have ever experienced!! Well done and thank you, Lorinda.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lorinda Mansfield from Raine & Horne. After a 6 month grueling search for a unit , Lorinda stood out from the rest of real estate agents I'd come across. She is completely genuine which is a very rare breed in the real estate industry! She kept in touch when properties came on the market that fell into my criteria. Her personalized approach really made all the difference . I ended up buying a fabulous unit in a stellar location . So thank you Lorinda .You really are one in a million Gabrielle Fox Sydney
