Wow Lorinda - what an amazing result you achieved for my property, which far exceeded my expectations! I had already met with a number of agents and as soon as I met you, I immediately felt a connection and knew that you would be the best agent to sell my unique Art Deco unit. You are incredibly hard working - from the marketing campaign to your follow-up - I always felt fully informed throughout the campaign. Your positive mindset, honesty and integrity sets you apart. You have extensive experience, love what you do and combined with your intuition means you know the best approach to get the best outcome. I would highly recommend Lorinda to any prospective seller as a top-class realestate sales executive.

I have known Lorinda for about 10 years, ever since I moved into the building. Throughout that period at times I would bump into her or call upon her for some information. At all times she went out of her way to be helpful and informative. So it seemed natural to use her when the time came to sell my parents unit. As I expected nothing was too much trouble, excellent communication, everything sorted with minimum fuss and we were kept informed throughout the sales process. Never had to wait on questions being answered. And we got the price we hoped for. What else can you ask for? I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Lorinda was recommended to me by a friend, was professional, informative and helpful throughout the sale process, recommended a great stylist and conveyancer, and achieved a great result prior to auction.

Working with Lorinda was a great experience, Lorinda's knowledge of the lower north shore, professionalism, prompt communication is very impressive. We were able to easily work with Lorinda to quickly answer questions that arose from the market and Lorinda was very patient as I can be a little high maintenance at times. We are very happy with the result and negotiated outcome. Thanks again Lorinda

Excellent experience. Higher sale price than expected. Very good communications. knows the market

I value Lorinda’s local area knowledge and efficiency. She helped to find me my first Australian property in 2007 and I had the pleasure of dealing with her again when she sold that same property for me last week month January 2021. I having been both a buyer and a seller though Lorinda could not speak more highly of her work guidance and assistance on both sides of the property cycle. I wish her all the very best and highly recommend you liaise with her when looking to buy or sell in the area.

Lorinda provides a professional and highly experienced service with a personal approach that makes the process of selling and buying less stressful. My experience was a positive one and highly recommend Lorinda to other buyers wanting honesty and results.

Many thanks to Lorinda's professionalism, constant patience and compassion shown to me over the sale of my unit which has been challenging, and sometimes frustrating, during the COVID times. There were times when I had considered giving up, Lorinda remained steadfast to her duties and soldiered on until we got it over the line eventually. So glad to acknowledge that all the reviews about her are true to the facts. Kudos to her for a job well done!

When deciding who to entrust to sell my much-loved Milsons Point apartment, the choice in the end was a simple one. Lorinda knows the lower north- shore residential market better than anyone and has a proven track record for securing excellent sales in the Milsons Point/Kirribilli area, including in my own apartment building, North Harbour. Despite some uncertainty due to the Covid situation, Lorinda was able to attract a strong level of buyer interest. Her professional campaign resulted in another success story and a selling price that I am very comfortable with.

Lorinda has been a joy to work with both as a purchaser and now a seller. She has excellent communication skills, always keeping us updated with progress. She really knows the area well and has a multitude of contacts and knowledge.

Lorinda is the Ridgey Didge Real Estate agent everyone hopes for. At every stage of selling our apartments in Kirribilli Lorinda provided the advice , support and dedication that we as dubious sellers hoped for and quite frankly, required. Lorinda has her finger on the pulse at all times , keeps you fully in the loop and has the personal skills to bring about a successful negotiation between all parties. We only wish we had something more for Lorinda to sell! We would recommend Lorinda and Raine and Horne Neutral Bay to any seller or buyer in either the commercial or residential market.

Lorinda assisted me in selling my late mother's Unit as part of the wind-up of her Estate. As I do not live in Sydney and also due to virus concerns, Lorinda was instrumental in organising everything from cleaning and hiring of furniture to working with prospective buyers. At all times her communication skills were outstanding. The Sale result was above expectations and a great deal of this was due to Lorinda's diligence and knowledge of the market. A big thank you!
