It sure was a pleasure working with Lorinda who helped closed the deal from when we first looked at the apartment to exchanging in 2 weeks ! She was so ever helpful in providing all the relevant information requested and communicated promptly between the vendors and us in ensuring the offer was accepted and honoured right up to the exchange.
Lorinda's years of experience was of immense help to someone who had very little experience in having to prepare and sell a property as quickly as possible. With her help the property was upgraded and furnished ready for inspection, her knowledge of current market pricing and her ongoing support we achieved the outcome we were hoping for.
Lorinda successfully sold my parents’s investment apartment in North Sydney during the height of the COVID lockdown. She is highly commercial, tenacious, persistent, hard working and kept us in the loop at all times. Through Lorinda’s efforts we achieved a good price in a very challenging market.
Lorinda has been absolutely amazing to work with! She came highly recommended to me by several locals in my area and having recently sold my property with her I completely understand why her personal brand is so strong. She has a wealth of market knowledge and experience which she openly shares. Lorinda is very personable, provides clear and timely communication so you always know what is going on and has a real eye for the details which makes all the difference. She is so proactive and always a step ahead supporting you every step of the way. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. Thanks for all your help and wonderful support. Sarah
Lorinda is knowledgeable, skillful and charming. Her assiduity and efficiency has gone above and beyond any agent I have previously dealt with or even heard of. Mine has been by no means a basic, straight forward sale. Lorinda has supported me through it all as if we'd always been friends.
Lorinda Mansfield was the perfect realestate agent for us. She is honest, direct, professional and extremely helpful. On our first meeting she gave us some recommendations and on the same day had workers organised to help us get on the market as soon as possible. Within one week the work we needed was done, photos had been taken and it was on the market. Throughout the whole process she gave us feedback and kept us up to date regarding everything. It was put on the market and took just over 2 weeks before it sold for an excellent price all thanks to Lorinda and her hard working team. Lorinda made the whole process from start to finish seemed effortless. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a great realestate agent to contact Lorinda.
