Like most people, we spent a substantial amount of time looking for a property before deciding on one. This of course meant dealing with a lot of agents who both clearly tried to mis-inform us and made us feel pressured to buy (or at least place an offer) the related property. Unknown to them, we we had taken the time to do our homework and within 5 minutes it became apparent what they were doing. Dealing with Lorna, we didn't feel pressured, nor did she attempt to mis-inform us (which might come as a surprise to some) like so many others. Lorna helped us every step of the way that she could, so that our transition to our new home was as much a pleasant experience for us as it was a successful outcome for her. Thanks Lorna!!! Lorna Dade did a wonderful job trying to sell my home under the circumstances. I had reasonably good tenants until I told them I was going to sell my home, the only problem they gave me was being a little behind in rent. Lorna had to face difficult tenants from the beginning, she was often denied any access to show people through, and when she did show people through the tenants would be having a beer watching T.V. and follow her around turning off the lights. Apparently my place has had the longest listing with Lorna and I sympathise with shat she had to put up with. When the tenants moved out she quite rightly advised me to spruce the place up a bit to increase interest, by putting in new carpets and painting throughout. This worked well and my place was sold shortly after. I would certainly recommend Lorna to any prospective seller or buyer.
