Lottie Miao-Bryce is part of a dynamic team, working alongside Julie Taylor in our highly experienced Richmond office.
Her interest in Real Estate started in Year 7. While other kids went to Saturday morning sport, Lottie went to Saturday open houses and auctions, studiously analysing not only the results — but how and why those results came to be.
Lottie joined the industry as part of our Leasing Department setting herself two clear goals:
1. To thoroughly expand her knowledge of the fluid and past-paced nature of the Real Estate market.
2. To fully understand both the practical and emotional aspects of the client journey from beginning to end.
Often complimented on her genuine and friendly nature, Lottie also possesses an unwavering attention to detail. She ensures each piece of information, no matter how small, is gathered to fully understand each client’s needs to deliver the best possible outcome, every time.
With the support of Biggin Scott, Lottie continues to build a terrific reputation, offering a consistently high level of client service and satisfaction. Having grown up in and around the local area and still enjoying the lifestyle it offers, she continues to advocate for an area she loves.
Combining her passion for living an active, healthy life, Lottie is also a dog lover with a particular passion for Chow Chows. She enjoys long doggy walks with her fluffy friends, inevitably gathering a little property market research as she goes.
