Chris and Lou were 100% committed to following up leads in a low pressure manner and forming relationships with possible buyers. Chris and Lou were honest about where they thought our home sat in the market and were right when it came to auction day. The value of McGraths work is not only in the amount of hours put into the campaign, it is also in the high end videos produced, great photography, range of advertising options and overall professionalism. Extremely happy with both Lou and Amber. It was a short but sweet. Sold after first open at a price we were happy with. We interviewed 3 prospective agents before signing with McGraths. We went with them because of there relaxed approach ... no hard sell! But also because they had an excellent track record and great local knowledge of the market.

We were verbally misled by Lou, on three separate occasions, she told us that our house has solar hot water. My partner and I reluctantly did not look up at the roof to verify what Lou said as fact. Until we drove past one day before settlement and didn't see them. I then called Lou to schedule our last inspection and let her know we couldn't see the solar panels from the street. Lou then assures me by saying, "You can't see them from the street because it is on the back of the house." During our settlement day inspection, we find out it doesn't have solar hot water after Lou looked up at all sides of the roof with us. Lou, immediately couldn't remember telling us it has solar hot water even though I told her exactly where we were standing in the house when she did. Even our phone call the day before questioning why I can'see them from the street. Lou is now saying she said "if" the house has it it will be on the back. After a few upsetting conversations with Lou and Chris Pace asking if they will pay for 50% of a solar hot water system, I have been told I am completely at fault because I should have read it on the building inspection report. This report I only focused on what repairs were needed in the future not what the property has. I understand that my partner and I could have been more due diligent in verifying what we were told is correct. Lou and the McGrath team have taken no responsibility for any part of this mishap. You can't trust what they say as fact. Please learn from our mistake and double-check everything. Lou and the McGrath team can't be trusted to do what is right.
