Louise has been a personal cheer-squad over the past 8 months in my quest for finding my new home and achieving for me an off-market sale of my own apartment in record time and with a block and suburb record to boot! I first met Lou at an open inspection for a neighbour's apartment. At that stage, I'd been looking at various properties for 9 months, but none had ticked all the boxes to make a change worthwhile. I immediately warmed to her straightforward approach, specific market knowledge of the value of the apartment complex where I owned, and her warm personality. Due to work pressures, we agreed to have a forward plan in place regarding any styling, repairs etc as my personal strategy was to buy first, once I found the right apartment, and then swiftly put my own place up for sale. Without overstepping, Lou would regularly check in to see how I was going with my Saturday viewings, feed back with any intel on any places of interest and how the market was performing. She guided me through some strategies about how to frame my offer once I finally found The One. My offer for the new buy was accepted on a Monday; on Wednesday, she had shown through 3 groups off market, and by the following Thursday, my apartment was sold - block and suburb record - a remarkably stress-free process. I've very much enjoyed working with Lou and would highly recommend her.
