Louise is lovely.
Louise was different to many other agents I have encountered over the last few years. So many agents are at the home open but pass over all the other work to assistants. Louise is with your every step of the way. She is kind, patient and helpful, which was lovely. If you want a honest and non cheesy agent, Louise is the lady for you.
