Lucas was awesome. Never gave me the "sales speech" I got from other real estate agents when making general inquires. He just offered his help to sell without any pressure. Besides being always friendly and positive during the time of sale he was great support as selling the family home can be very emotional. Lucas always gave updates and feedbacks after each and every open house. He did take the stress out of downsizing. Sold my rural property and got me in to my dream unit. Thank you Lucas. After driving around Yeppoon and its districts we were heading for a lunch date with Friends after looking at Properties for sale. Stopping at the lights we noticed a property for sale that had potential. Writing down the Realters ph no we rang Lucas who was unwell with flu symptom's that day and he organized for us to inspect said property the next day . Even though he wasn't well .We turned up and were very impressed with said property and agreed to buy , Lucas was very upfront with everything and went all out for us . The sale went through with no hiccups and we would highly recommend Lucas for his easy going manner and professionalism .

I accidentally came across a video advertisement for another property that Lucas had done. I believed that our property required the same marketing approach. By regularly consulting with Lucas and being patient, we obtained the result in a reasonable time. The key to having a positive experience is communication and Lucas kept us updated during the marketing and selling process.
