Bright, energetic an enthusiastic describes Lucy. The most disappointing thing is that Lucy sent an email congratulating me on the exchange if contract exchanging. I organised removals etc with the new owners moving in on the 23 Apr 21. I then received a phone call last Friday the 16 Apr 21 advising me that the contract had not yet exchanged and they want to change the contract date to 14 May 21. I was put in a position that I could not say no. So I have had to change all dates, removals etc. I had to advise the lawyer in Darwin that I could not go ahead with the purchase of my new property in Darwin. Lucy must ensure that she stays on the ball as this has cost me time an caused a ripple effect on put things on hold with the purchase of my new resident in Darwin.08
