Lucy is an absolute weapon! So great at explaining the process (and patiently re-explaining it to you throughout, when you forget what's next) Lucy knew exactly what to improve before sale and priced it perfectly. A local record number of viewers through the house within 48 hours of it being listed online. The house was under offer (within 3 days of listing) before we even got the sale sign made. She recommended and even contacted local businesses for us to help us get the house ready for sale. Lucy also went out of her way to help provide us advice on purchasing a new home (when there's nothing in it for her). Would absolutely buy from her! She is very professional and ethical in her approach and transparent with updates for both sides of the sale. And if we ever sell again, it will only ever be with Lucy
