Luen has been great since the start, accommodating extra inspection of the property and also giving advice based on what we're looking for. As we're new investors into the Geelong Area, she has given insights into each area and what suits our target the most. Settlement has been delayed due to bank's issue but Luen has been assisting and coordinating with the vendor's conveyancer and we manage to achieve settlement on the last day before Christmas break. She even helped to go into the office for us to collect the keys on Chrismtas eve. Couldn't recommend her more if you're looking for properties around the Geelong area.
