I was very happy with how Lou managed the sale from original proposal to lodging of the deposit. However words fail me in describing how BAD Ian McNamee and Partners, the company for whom he works, really is. I used their property management group and at the very best it was totally dissatisfied. I was told things were going to happen; they were not. Communication, other than to advise me of their fee and income/expenses, was non-existent. Of course I continue to be advised there was no activity of my account last month - 6 months after Settlement. A property manager was somehow 'unavailable', and then 'resigned'. Inspection - only I asked for one. LOU was EXCELLENT; I suggest the organisation stick with selling and employing professionals with his ability.

Lou was one of the first agents we met, and after 10 months in the market, numerous inspections and a few offers, we purchased our house through Lou. During the offer phase Lou respected our position and wasn't pushy. I believe he formed a positive profile of us for his client which subsequently let to acceptance of our offer.
