Selling a house is easy !!!

I have a quick story about the trepidation with the thought & emotional stress of selling a family home. To (in the end) our family having wonderful experience provided by Lou & team at Blackshaws QBN. First meeting day one to settlement date the communication was first class. Everything explained clearly from the get go. Costs, expected market price & actions required by us (the vendors) was clearly communicated. Lou was in contact with various offers coming in, and gently offering advice on how to manage prospective buyers. Commission on the sale was lower than I thought. We have never used the services of an agent before. I write this with a sense of calm & great satisfaction. Now knowing that if one uses Lou Baldan, selling a house is easy !!!
