Bought my property through Luke, Nice smooth transaction and felt comfortable dealing with him unlike other pushy, rude agents 9/10

We have dealt with Luke on three occasions. Each time he was very friendly but we got the impression he was not acting for us at any time in spite of the fact that we are the ones required to pay. On the second occasion cheques were produced as proof of the developer’s desire to purchase then withdrawn. That was not in our interest. On the third occasion Luke gave us to understand a price, but this was different to the price the developer expected to pay because of application of Luke’s commission We asked Luke to put further information in an email because of his sloppiness. He continued to phone. If Hilary answered the phone, Luke always asked to speak to Geoff. How very rude. Neither Geoff nor Hilary thinks this kind of sexism is acceptable. We will not be recommending Luke or Payne Pacific to others.
