Luke assisted me in buying property. I viewed a house he was selling mid to late 2022 & when my circumstances changed some months later I reached out to let him know I was looking again. He called me about a property that might interest me & took alot of time to show me through it & offer his advice. He continued to be helpful when I made an offer, explaining the contract to me, answered all the questions that I had & facilitated an inspection to check a leak the building inspector found. I was looking for property on & off from May 2022 until I bought in Feb 2023 so I met alot of agents & not a single one was as knowledgeable or kind as Luke.
