Being experienced in buying and selling properties we knew exactly what we were looking for in an agent. Luke did not disappoint. Very honest and experienced and his guidance was spot on. We highly recommend him and would definitely use him again, if the opportunity arose.
Right from first contact with Luke , his enthusiasm and professionalism were evident. At no stage were we left wondering regarding the process involved with selling our home. Open houses were well planned with enough time allowed to have everything in sparkling order, feedback was immediate and no question left unanswered. Make sure Luke is top of your list when considering the task of selling your home.
Luke was an absolute superstar with the sale of our home, from first meet through to exchange. He was professional, knew the market and where to target. The chosen photos were outstanding. Thank you Luke and Nathan.
Luke is a reliable and detail oriented sale agent who delivers exceptional services and works really hard to get the property sell a.s.a.p. with good price. If you looking for someone efficient, informative, reliable, Luke is definitely the right person. The process of selling was very smooth and pleasant, because Luke’s always on top of everything and kept me updated with everything I need to be informed.
I’m so glad we chose Luke for my real estate process needs. Luke was absolutely wonderful ! Luke has strong knowledge of the local market and was able to guide us through the sale process effectively. He listens and genuinely cares about his customers.
Luke was in contact with me for over twelve months before I put my house on the market, he checked in on a regular basis and kept me appraised of the market. It was a very easy decision putting my expectations in his hands as he was always respectful and considerate. Selling a house is stressful enough but working alongside Luke made the whole process so much easier, I found him to be extremely professional and courteous at all times and we achieved a brilliant result.
From our initial conversations and throughout the entire selling process Luke from Guardian was exceptional. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the current market. His negotiation skills were excellent. Luke was always punctual to our scheduled meetings and Open homes, providing feedback and has always been available to answer any questions and communicated clearly how each part of the process would move forward. He was exceptional throughout the entire selling process.
We have purchased and sold a property with Luke now and both experiences have been amazing! Luke works tirelessly and is great at developing and maintaining relationships that build real trust and deliver results. If we could give Luke a 10 star review we would. Luke is diligent, honest and really works for both the seller and the buyer to deliver the right outcome. If you are selling or purchasing a house in the Hills, Luke is the man for the job! Thanks again Luke!
Recently, my sister and I, gave Luke Bavaro the opportunity to sell our mum’s home. He showed an understanding of the emotional and decision making context, which minimised our stress. Luke proactively engaged prospective buyers and facilitated price negotiations with professionalism and respect. We were very pleased with the price outcome and the prompt selling timeframe that he achieved. I could recommend Luke from Guardian Realty if you have real estate interests in the Hills District.
We have just sold our Kellyville townhouse and cannot praise Luke enough for all his effort, Luke was always so professional & went above & beyond at all times. We highly recommend Luke as the number 1 agent to go to if selling your property.
Luke is highly professional, motivated and a pleasure to deal with. He really cares about his clients and dedicates himself completely to achieving the best outcome for them. His dedication to nurturing the relationships that he has built with his clients spans well beyond the short period of time that it takes to sell your property. Due to his extensive knowledge and connections in the Hills, Luke sold our property in just 3 days. Thank you, Luke!
