Luke, from the minute i walked in the door, treated me with respect and courtesy. He was very helpful during the viewing and offer stage for the property and always communicated very well and honestly. There were some issues at final inspection which Luke followed up and had rectified well with in the time and i highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell.

30th June 2020 I highly recommend the services of Luke and the Semple Property Group. Luke was an absolute professional. He is friendly, informative and really goes the extra mile. Big thank you to Luke!!! My partner and I had been looking for our first home for several months. We've seen dozens of real estate agents. Until we met Luke, we just realised how important and helpful an agent could be. When we did the private house inspection, he already prepared all information about the the property for us. Any questions we asked, he gave us very clear answers. If the questions he wasn't sure, he looked for the answers straight away and provided more information which might be related to. After we signed the contract, he guided us what the next steps will be (we are the first home buyer), for example, he gave us a list of house and termite inspection company. But he never pushed us to choose anyone on the list he provided. From the beginning to the end (settlement), Luke provided his excellent service which is always beyond our expectations. During the whole process of property purchasing, he won't let us wait for his responses more than one day including text message and email (we told him we preferres to contact with through email and text instead of direct calling).
