From the first time we met Luke in July 2020, we were very impressed with his understanding of our needs and his suggested approach regarding the sale of our home in Harrisdale. The property was listed for sale in July 2020 and eventually sold in March 2021. During this time there were Government incentives for new home builds / renovations which made selling more difficult in the upper price range. There were 43 'Home Opens' and on each occassion Luke was very punctual and always provided us with feed back and a follow up of prospective buyers within the following two days. Luke and the team at Semple were amazing at coordinating our settlement date between buyer and our outgoing tenants. They collectively managed to advertise and have offers on the table after first home open. Settlement dates were around Christmas, but Luke managed to coordinate with all parties and have settlement 30 days after we signed with Semple to sell our property. Lots of work behind the scenes that we didn't have to worry about as sellers.
