When dealing with vendors and purchasers, it is important to realise the transaction is of a personal nature, not so much business orientated. Unfortunately, realestate is a 7 day a week occupation, I contacted Luke a few times on weekends, not once did Luke complain or try to push the subject onto a week day. His timely manner to return calls and answer questions was exceptional, nothing worse than waiting for a response. Being a personal purchase, a lot of questions are related to planning your days ahead and quick answers help to relieve the stress.
