From the initial (stressful) process of getting my apartment ready for market and seeing it through to the end Luke provides regular communication so you know exactly what is happening. He goes the extra mile to make sure you’re not having to worry about all the little things that take time and can be a burden when you’re working full time. One thing about Luke is that he is realistic with pricing too. He won’t tell you an estimated inflated figure to get your business and under deliver like many real estate agents do! Luke went above and beyond our expectations when selling our house. He kept in contact with us at all stages of the process and was always available to answer any questions we had. I cannot fault Luke. Luke was so easy to work with and was extremely efficient.
