Luke is awesome, I bought the house from him, then when it turned to a rental he sorted it, then sold it for me as well. Efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating. Just an all round great person to deal with. Having dealt with other people in the profession and been left severely underwhelmed, Luke is a head and shoulders stand out

Luke went above and beyond to help us purchase our new home. Nothing was too much trouble and his calm, reassuring nature made us feel at ease with the whole process, even when things didn’t quite go as expected. His communication and professionalism are exceptional. We will definitely recommend him to others selling property.

Luke Dawson was very helpful and arranged everything, and was very professional. Would have no hesitation using his services again, and would highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.

Luke was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. He was always checking in and making sure I was informed and happy at all steps through the selling process. I would recommend him as an agent to anyone that is looking for a great guy to represent them.

Luke was easy to deal with. Followed through on his word and highly recommend his service.

Luke’s knowledge and experience, combined with his approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. My husband passed away halfway through renovating the property. Luke’s advice with colour, furnishings along with tradesmen to complete our renovations was perfect, nothing was a bother. I highly recommend Luke to anyone looking to sell a property- Sold quickly and above the price predicted, and it’s because Luke profoundly understood the housing market. Along with the fact that Luke was understanding of my situation, truly a pleasure to have as an agent. I’m a client for life

Luke was simply brilliant to work with for the sale of my property. He was exceptionally professional throughout the whole process. He is very friendly and approachable, open communication from start to finish, his knowledge and expertise was exceptional, all of this resulted in a stress free seamless process. Extremely happy with Luke's service and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Great knowledge about the property. Very responsive and efficient. Great to work with him. Highly recommended

I met Luke over 2 yeare ago regarding the listing of my property. Luke presented the information well and was not pushy in getting me to list. I had decided to delay until the middle of 2023 to sell and even before that Luke had been checking in. I do think the market price pitched was on the high side. Luke gave good tips on preparation for sale and kept me informed in a timely manner.

We had a great experience selling with Luke and definitely recommend Luke as an agent. We were so happy with Kirstin, Luke and the Semple team - they really went over and above! So easy to work with, super responsive, proactive communication and professional.

Luke's service throughout the process was fantastic. He kept us updated regularly throughout the process and was able to answer all of our questions, working with tenants and property managers efficiently. After having failed with our first agent, Luke was a stark contrast to them. He was recommended by our friends and he didn't let us down.

Working with Luke was fantastic. I was the buyer and Luke kept me informed at every stage of the offer and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and organising inspections and handover was so very easy.
