We met Luke Dinakis at an inspection of an apartment in Collingwood. He offered to keep in touch. He did. We then were shown a house in Fitzroy, that we bought. Perfect. Luke grasped what we needed, assisted us in our many queries, a building inspection and the brought about a settlement date that suited us well.
