As we started our discussions while we were overseas, he always found time to connect and it quickly became apparent that this huge step for us (purchasing in an area we didn't know brilliantly well), was also one he was professionally invested in. Luke Elwin was excellent with us from the get go: very quick responses to emails; he answers telephone calls (which can be rare with agents) and was calm, friendly, well-informed and honest throughout the whole purchasing process. We never got the hard sell. He made it possible to visit the property several times, nothing was a problem.
