From the first time Jodi and I were looking for our first home to buy, Luke’s professional attitude towards his clients and positive attitude and going that extra mile shown through. He made us feel warm and very comfortable in making a massive decision in our life. We felt like we had a very good connection in not only a professional aspect but just a genuine person to find us the best house to suit us with what we wanted NOT what he thinks. No other real estate agent was ever like that with us…..they were always pushy and trying to hard just to get the sale !!!! I chose Luke to help me sell my lovely cottage in a difficult climate and slightly isolated area. The big difference that I first noticed, was that Luke kept me informed, even if the news wasn't so good in the beginning. He was casual and completely professional, but certainly not pushy. I loved my cottage and I really felt confident that Luke was attempting to do the best for both parties, which is never an easy position to be in. But we got there in the long run and I felt happy that Luke would have been treating the new purchaser in the same way, to pass on the property in a positive light. Well done. Would definitely use Luke again if I was in the area.

Luke was excellent in his assistance of selling our units, we had not sold a residential property before so he was especially helpful clearly communicating all aspects of the process and being patient with my many questions. I also really appreciated that Luke phoned us each week to let us know, how every aspect was progressing. I also liked that another real estate agent ( who only now does rental properties) recommended Luke to us, we later found out he tends to sell more upmarket properties but he also took on our 1980's units and he and his staff were also very polite in their dealings with our lovely tenants. I understand many agents take on 80 properties per agent whereas Luke has more like 30, so he knows what is happening with each property. I would absolutely recommend selling a property or buying one with Luke from H&H Armidale. Refreshing to do business with a professional agent of high integrity.

I found Luke genuine, honest and approachable throughout the whole purchase process - traits that seemed to be hard to find in my area.
