Luke Fahy sold my property quickly and for a price that I was very pleased with. He kept me informed on a regular basis for the short time it was on the market about inspections and things that I could do initially to make the sale easier. His advice and knowledge of the market was spot-on. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or using him again for future sales.

Luke definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give it to him. After getting 3 appraisal from different real estate's we decided on Luke's due to his selling method and track record with other clients. After being on the market for about a month it was sold for a price higher than the other 2 agents wanted to advertise it for which showed Hutchinson and Harlow ain't in it for the quick turnaround/commission. Communication was superb with weekly feed back plus after ever inspection. I would recommend Luke to everyone!
Luke was professional from the very beginning as he was the one real estate agent in all of Armidale (there are so many) that gave us the time of day. Being a young couple browsing homes, we were almost looked down on as to whether we could even afford the home we were looking at. He was the only one who took our quests for the purchase of a home seriously and actually worked to find us what we were after. The team at Hutchinson & Harlow were always informative of what was due to be coming onto the market and what was new that fitted our profile. Every other agency would offer us the run of the mill house that they were assigned to sell without really going into depths about what we were after, to then give us the flick if we weren't interested in the piece of **** they were trying to say was "a true find". We ended up not bothering with other agencies in the end and focused on working with Luke and it prevailed. If I was to search again for another house in the future or even sell, my first and only point of contact would be Luke and the team at Hutchinson & Harlow. They well and truly back up their claims of being the sale specialists.
