Mat was fantastic to deal with...professional..followed his advice on everything and got better then asking price..I chose Mat because he builds relationship, he would occasionally drop in to see Mum, who insusted I was to use Mat..She was right..he was his team FANTASTIC..
I can’t speak highly enough of Matt and Luke of Granger Clark Real Estate. I have bought a few homes over the years and sometimes within the negotiation parties succumb to the stress and tension, resulting in a lack of communication or sometimes civility. Not in this case, I would highly recommend Matt and Luke as agents as I found their level of communication was a major factor in getting the deal done, also something that I find separates them from many other agents I have met over the years.
