Matt worked with me for about a year before I decided to sell. He kept me informed of the market, and was available for any queries. No pressure, just what I wanted. When we went to market I had a good offer after 9 days and accepted. It doesn’t get much easier than that. Also thanks to Luke who was available to coordinate all the details after the offer was made, and nothing seemed too much trouble when I was asking questions. Well done Matt and Luke.
