I met Matt a few years prior to selling our property when he listed the property next door to me, over the years he kept me up to date with goings on in the area via his newsletter. When our property was listed with Matt and Luke their service, communication and attention to detail was second to none and we certainly would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to sell their property.

I parted ways with a previous agent due to his false hopes and promises as well as failure to attend home opens when advertised as well as arriving late to the same and lack of communication.
