Matt, at no extre charge, researched the market of our new suburb, providing us with evidence to support a reasonable price. We put this to the agent and esured he knew our position. The Agent advised us that our offer was rejected. We were confident that our offer was reasonable and we would find an alternative home. The following day the agent contacted us and reignited negotiations. All the while, Matt stood in our corner, giving us sound advice and giving us the support we needed to hold our ground. The following week we had our offer accepted! Matt went above the requirements of a selling agent, to support us the whole way through our home transition.
