Luke was the agent handling the sale of a Carrickalinga holiday house which we bought in January. He handled all aspects of the sale with courtesy and showed concern for both the vendors and us , as the purchasers . He was able to answer most of our questions about the property , though some of the information was not yet available when we put in our offer very soon after the property was listed for sale .Luke went out of his way to open the property for further inspection by our family . Luke liaised well with the vendor to address the few problems raised by the building inspection . He was prompt in returning calls and was keen to satisfy both parties with respect to the details of the contract and its various annexures . Luke also assisted us with an urgent request to attend the property to switch off the electricity to enable reconnection of power on the day of settlement. The process of purchasing the property was relatively stress free , thanks in part to Luke’s professional and friendly approach .
