I have been dealing with Knapton for over 14 years. They provide excellent service right from the start. From the moment you walk into their Agency you are greeted with a lovely smile and feel welcome straight away. On the phone they are just as appealing, always humble and giving/willing to take advice and comments. I found the service level was excellent , I dealt with Lee Knapton , I found he knew the area and the type of buyers that would be interested in our property, he was understanding and worked with me and not against me , not like other agents in the area. the transaction was smooth and hassle free , he found the buyer at the price I was happy with, communication was excellent when the buyer came forward so all calls I made to Lee were returned immediately. I would certainly use Knapton Real Estate again and highly recommend this agency.

I found Luke to be very personable & willing to go the extra yard for his client. He did this with the recent sale of our Uncle's house and was very helpful in helping to organise the clean up of the house & surrounding yard to make it more presentable to the market. Obviously his network of contacts came in very handy & I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
