I remember initially thinking the reviews where people left their phone numbers were a bit much, but after working with Luke, I completely understand why. He never gave me a reason to doubt him and consistently showed genuine commitment to my property from start to finish. Luke was the first agent I met with to sell my house and, as a single female, I was naturally quite skeptical and cautious about the whole process, especially not wanting to be overcharged or mislead. In our initial meeting, I asked a lot of questions and really put him through his paces. I questioned everything, from his previous sales to his current knowledge and overall game plan, but he handled it all with complete honesty and professionalism. From the beginning, he gave me a really good feeling. He came across as genuine, honest, and not someone trying to sell me a story just to win my business. Within the first few days of signing with Luke, I was already impressed by his responsiveness, reassurance, and professionalism. Luke is excellent. We have now bought and sold a home through him, and would again. He is knowledgeable, checks in regularly, and makes things easier. When we had trouble arranging trades as we prepared for sale, he was able to step in and support us by arranging quotes and access for gardeners and carpet layers. He was bang-on when he described the kind of buyers we should target for the best price, and advised on which home improvements would yield returns and which would just waste our money. In the end, we were only in the market for 7 days and sold for a higher price than we hoped for. We were very pleased.
