Luke presented extremely well upon meeting (5 stars for that), but I felt as soon as the cooling off period lapsed, so did the service and in my opinion, what was promised was not delivered, including being passed onto someone else as he was away the very next day after the cooling off period lapsed, being told that the vendor is a builder and be happy to attend to some of the items that came up in the building and pest (that in his opinion better not to go through conveyancer for these sorts of things), to now having a home that has settled with holes in the wall that were not there before and other items not having being attended to that were agreed upon. As part of the sales strategy, he said that he had another offer and if I beat that price, I would get it. But now I'm thinking that perhaps that wasn't the case, and I overpaid for the home. As part of the sales strategy, Luke said he would arrange a door mat as part of the service in which we could have something personalized written on it - but again, after it settled, and what I'm assuming was a $20,000 commission or more, didn't even get a bottle of champagne, a card or chocolates or the door mat that was promised. So very much feeling, that the only door mat involved was the one that got walked on - me!
