From the first conversation I had with Luke, aside from being friendly, down to earth and relatable, I could tell he had a real passion for what he does, and now that we are at the tail end of the process it's apparent he is fantastic at it too. For something most will only do a small number of times, being a significsnt event I expected it to be quite stressful (I have heard from others), our experience was not stressful at all.
