Excellent Communciation and a Great Result in a Tough Market!

Luke was fantastic throughout the sale of my home. He kept me informed at every stage, communicated well, and I was comfortable and able to have frank conversations with him about the market and my expectations. He sold my home after just three weeks of opens during a very tough market, with very low buyer numbers. While the final price was a little less than I would have ideally liked (isn’t that always the case!), I genuinely believe he achieved the best possible price given the current climate.
