He actually knows his stuff too, not just selling, but giving advice on what would add value to the house, what’s worth spending money on and what’s not. That was really helpful for me. What stood out most was that he didn’t just feel like he was working for the vendor. He was fair, straightforward and it felt like he genuinely cared about both sides having a good outcome, which you don’t come across often. Overall a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend him.
