From the beginning Luke was very professional and honest, throughout the whole campaign from the start of the opening house weekends all the way through to the day of the auction. Luke would always keep in touch by calls or Text Messages we were never pressured in any way to me that is the most important part, he was very patient but most of all very honest with our questions.
