From the beginning of our association with Griffith Real Estate, Luke Papandrea portrayed to me as a knowledgeable and confident you man. At each weekly meeting held in the offices of Griffith Real Estate, we were updated on all aspects of the plan which was discussed in full of how the sale process would flow. The meetings were very informative and all details were explained fully. We were asked each time if we had and questions. Feed back from prospective buyers was given and mostly positive. Signage was posted early on the day of the open house, i.e. 7:30am, which gave passing motorists ample time to have the opportunity to attend on the day. I was super impressed by this, knowing that Luke would attend the site several times for the open houses. Feedback was given promptly, if I was home he would pop in and relay to me how the morning had gone. As a first time seller I was very impressed by Luke's dedication to his job. He was always very polite and immaculately dressed which is alway a bonus in this day and age. It was a shame that Luke could not attend the auction but I understand he had to be impartial as his family had an interest in the property. Finishing, I would not hesitate to recommend Luke to any prospective buyer/seller knowing that he has a strong commitment to his work and does his best in every way to put you at ease and keeping you up to date with e-mails and text messages throughout the sale process. Right up to the day of the auction Luke was there preparing the property and signage for the big day. A big thank you to you Luke and all the members of the Griffith Real Estate Team.
