Luke, we cannot rare him enough! From the get go we had such a smooth experience. Luke updated us every couple of days after signing the s32, he ensured we were looked after and sorted anything out if needed be. After settlement he checked in often to see how we were going. So not only did Luke keep us up to date from first inspection, to offer put in to offer accepted but he made sure after settlement we still had a great experience.
