Appreciate the big efforts from Luke and his team for getting my property sale across the line in a questionable market. Despite having a fixed fee arrangement for my sale Luke went out of his way to get me a better price from a different buyer despite having an option for a cheaper easier sale. In hindsight I would’ve gone straight to private rather than auction as that didn’t pan out quite as we hoped and did end up costing extra but you never really know how an auction will go.
